Leading the 2025 CIF Board is newly elected President Casey Steffen of Norton/Saint-Gobain, joined by Vice President Paul Hill of I-CAR, Treasurer Don Smith of Elitek/LKQ, and Secretary Kurt Lammon of Polyvance. Dan Risley of CCC Intelligent Solutions will serve as immediate past president.

CIF also welcomes Cindy Reeves of Enterprise Mobility as a newly elected trustee. She joins a roster of 14 continuing trustees, including representatives from major industry organizations such as Sherwin-Williams, BASF, GEICO and TenPoint Complete.

Expressing gratitude for both incoming and outgoing members, Steffen highlighted the critical role of CIF’s leadership in advancing the foundation’s mission.

“The CIF is fortunate to have these industry leaders engaged in moving the organization forward,” Steffen said. “Their involvement is crucial to CIF’s success in assisting collision industry professionals in need after a disaster. Special thanks go out to the outgoing Trustees for their inspiration and hands-on support over the years. They will be missed."
