The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) announced the expansion of its Board of Trustees, welcoming five new leaders from across the collision repair and insurance technology sectors. The expansion reflects the organization's ongoing growth and its commitment to advancing industry standards through enhanced leadership.
Representatives joining the board include Creighton Warren, chief information officer of Boyd Group; Andre Shervanian, CEO of Claim Leader; Mark Miller, chief information officer of Crash Champions; Pete Tagliapietra, managing director of DataTouch LLC; and Mark Santefort, vice president of operations at Snapsheet.
“On behalf of the entire organization, we are thrilled to welcome [the new members] to the CIECA Board of Directors,” said CIECA Chair Brady Bonner, vice president of client sales and support at Safelite. “We look forward to the insight and perspective each will bring to the organization.”
Warren, who has served as CIO of the Boyd Group since June 2023, emphasized his focus on technology integration across the collision repair value chain. “I’m looking forward to helping advance the adoption of modern technology standards to facilitate the interoperability of solutions across the collision repair value chain,” said Warren.
The Boyd Group operates collision repair centers across North America under brands such as Gerber Collision & Glass, Glass America and Assured Automotive.
Shervanian brings more than a decade of insuretech experience to the board. “I’m honored to join the CIECA Board of Trustees and contribute to the advancement of industry-wide standards,” said Shervanian. “Standardization is essential not just for operational efficiency but for building trust across the entire collision industry.”
