Rotunda Capital Partners announced its acquisition of AirPro Diagnostics, a move aimed at strengthening AirPro’s position in the rapidly evolving automotive repair industry by expanding its service reach and technological capabilities.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, AirPro has built a reputation for delivering OEM-compliant ADAS solutions across the national collision repair and automotive repair sectors. The company’s team of over 200 highly trained brand specialist technicians supports repair facilities with advanced diagnostic services, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer standards.

“We are thrilled to partner with the AirPro team to build upon the company’s already strong value proposition centered around technical expertise, innovation and precision solutions,” said Ryan Aprill, managing director at Rotunda Capital Partners. “As vehicles become increasingly complex with technology, the need for advanced diagnostic and related solutions continues to grow. Our investment will empower AirPro to further enhance its capabilities and will solidify the company as the go-to partner for OEM-compliant ADAS solutions.”

AirPro’s existing management team will retain a significant ownership stake, ensuring leadership continuity and reinforcing the company’s customer-centric approach. Lonnie Margol, founder of AirPro, will transition to the role of executive chairman.

“AirPro was founded on the principle of providing the most accurate, efficient and high-quality diagnostic and calibration solutions to automotive repair facilities,” Margol said. “We look forward to building upon this foundation to continue delivering exceptional solutions for our customers.”

Josh McFarlin, president of AirPro, will continue to lead daily operations, guiding the company’s expansion efforts.

“With Rotunda as our partner, we are excited to accelerate our growth and continue to provide best-in-class solutions for our customers,” McFarlin said.

As part of the transaction, Rotunda operating executive Mike Cranfill will join AirPro’s board. Cranfill, formerly vice president of global business development at Vehicle Service Group, brings extensive experience in collision repair technology and business development.

Rotunda’s investment team, including Aprill, Bob Wickham, Dan Lipson and Alex Gebert, plans to support AirPro’s expansion into new geographies and market segments while pursuing strategic acquisitions to fuel further growth.

Legal advisory services for the transaction were provided by Greenberg Traurig, LLP for Rotunda and Smith, Gambrell & Russell for AirPro, with Heritage Capital Group serving as AirPro’s financial advisor.
