Classic Collision announced the acquisition of Glaser’s Collision Centers, a five-location regional MSO based in the Greater Louisville Region of Kentucky.
The deal marks a strategic expansion for Classic Collision, which continues to grow its national presence through acquisitions of family-owned operations with strong community ties and customer service reputations.
Founded in 1986, Glaser’s Collision Centers started as a single, full-service automotive repair shop and has since expanded into a second-generation MSO known for high-quality repairs and community engagement serving the Greater Louisville Region. The Glaser family has remained committed to high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service and community involvement.
Classic Collision was founded in 1983 in Atlanta, GA. It has grown to more than 300 locations in 20 states.
In 2024, Classic Collision hit the 300-store mark by expanding into new markets in East Texas and Southern California and strengthening its presence in key regions like Florida, Virginia and North Carolina. It saw a 21% increase in store count over the year, among the most significant footprint growth in the industry in 2024.
