Classic Collision announced its acquisition of Pat Gray Collision Center and Platinum Collision Center in Midland, TX, marking the company’s entrance into the Midland market and a continued push in its nationwide growth strategy.
“For five years, the owners of Pat Gray Collision Center & Platinum Collision Center have offered customers a smooth, affordable and hassle-free experience for the community of Midland, TX,” the company said in a press release announcing the acquisitions.
Classic Collision said the acquisition will allow it to better serve the Midland community while bringing its nationally recognized standards for service and customer satisfaction to the region.
Classic Collision was founded in 1983 in Atlanta, GA. It has grown to more than 300 locations in 20 states.
In 2024, Classic Collision hit the 300-store mark by expanding into new markets in East Texas and Southern California and strengthening its presence in key regions like Florida, Virginia and North Carolina. It saw a 21% increase in store count over the year, among the most significant footprint growth in the industry in 2024.
