Joe Hudson’s Collision Center (JHCC) bolstered its operational footprint with the acquisition of three new locations: Hallmark Collision in Birmingham, AL; Hadaway Collision in Texarkana, TX; and Keith’s Paint & Body in Lake Charles, LA. This expansion brings the company's total to 254 locations nationwide.

“Growth through acquisitions is a key pillar of our long-term vision," said Brant Wilson, CEO of JHCC. "As demand continues to rise in our core markets, expanding our footprint enables us to better serve our customers while reinforcing our commitment to excellence."

Each newly acquired location brings its unique strengths to the JHCC network. Hallmark Collision is celebrated for its exceptional customer care in Birmingham. Hadaway Collision, holding an I-CAR Gold Class certification and operational since 1981, boasts a lengthy history of high-quality service in Texarkana. Keith’s Paint & Body has been providing top-tier repairs for over 40 years in Lake Charles.

“We are thrilled to welcome these outstanding teams to the Joe Hudson’s Collision Center family," said Wendy Patrick, chief administrative officer at JHCC. "Their addition further strengthens our company and enhances the service we provide, ensuring we continue to exceed the expectations of our valued customers.”

“Acquiring shops that align with our values is critical to ensuring our customers receive exceptional repairs and outstanding service," said Cameron Dickson, COO of JHCC. "We are confident that these teams will help us continue to set the standard for excellence in the industry.”

Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, headquartered in Montgomery, AL, was founded in 1989. Its footprint includes 18 states, though most of its shops are concentrated in the Southeastern U.S. In April 2024, it acquired its 200th location as part of a wave of seven acquisitions in four states, including its first in Missouri. In December 2024, it reached the 250-store milestone when it acquired Cliff’s Hi-Tech Body Shop in Maryland.
