WIN Announces 2025–26 Board Leadership Team

The five new board members will be formally introduced at WIN’s annual conference in May in Florida.

The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) announced its 2025–26 Board of Directors, featuring a diverse slate of leaders from across the collision repair industry and related sectors, furthering its mission to attract, develop and promote women in the field.

Unveiled during the International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS USA) in Chicago on April 2, the new board members will be formally introduced at WIN’s annual conference, scheduled for May 5–7 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area in Florida.

Newly appointed members to the 2025–2026 WIN board include:

Brandi Bridges, Auto Canada (ACX), Canadian Integration chair
Leila Hobart, OEC, Virtual Conference chair
Nada Jokic, AkzoNobel, WINConnect chair
Arianna Sherlock, I-CAR, Professional Development chair
Nicole Shorkey Carpenter, VIVE Collision, Conference vice chair

These individuals join a continuing executive committee committed to guiding WIN’s strategic direction:

• Chair Elizabeth Stein, Certified Collision Group
• Vice Chair Laura Kottschade, Jerry’s ABRA Auto Body & Glass
• Treasurer and Finance Chair Janette Tooley, Consolidated Dealers Co-Operative Inc.
• Administrative Vice Chair and Talent Relations Chair Jeanne Esquivel, Entegral, Powered by Enterprise
• Secretary and Conference Chair Blair Womble, Caliber Collision
• Immediate Past Chair Tanya Sweetland, OEC

Returning board members will continue to oversee key initiatives including industry relations, marketing, membership, governance, talent development and sponsorship.

Stein emphasized the board’s renewed focus for the year ahead, stating: “To achieve our vision to be THE network that drives advancement of women in collision repair, the Board approved in October to focus on three initiatives.” These include:

1. Activating Members through compelling benefits
2. Strengthening Infrastructure to ensure organizational sustainability
3. Engaging the Industry to raise awareness and support for WIN

The organization also extended its gratitude to outgoing board members Lisa Ferguson (I-CAR), Susie Frausto and Sabrina Simionescu (AkzoNobel) for their years of dedicated service and leadership in various capacities.

With representatives from repair facilities, paint manufacturers, distributors and more, the 2025–26 WIN board continues to reflect the organization’s broad industry reach and its commitment to empowering women at every level of the collision repair ecosystem.
