The National Auto Body Council (NABC) hosted a successful golf fundraiser in September at Boone Valley Golf Club in St. Louis, MO, aimed at bolstering its ongoing efforts to enhance road safety and provide essential services to communities.

The NABC Boone Valley Changing and Saving Lives Golf Fundraiser presented by Enterprise featured four-person teams competing in a best-ball format.

The winners of the event were:

• First place: Jeff Ingalls, Bob Cornelius, Steve Widen and Derek Willyard with a TBD under 54
• Second place: Ozzie Smith, Ed Weezy and Matt Pruitt with a TBD under 55 – scorecard playoff
• Third place: Kurtis Barks, Pat Byrnes, Brett Hull and Travis Cunningham with a TBD under 55
• Closest to pin 8: Sean Gergets, 5’2”
• Closest to pin 16: Tanner Lee, 6’8”

Prior to the shotgun, the NABC Recycled Rides program presented three vehicles to three deserving U.S. Army veterans, thanks to car donors USAA and GEICO and repair partners Gerber Collision & Glass and Caliber.

The funds raised during this annual event support the NABC Recycled Rides presentations, which provide vehicles to individuals and families in need, the NABC F.R.E.E. education programs that train first responders in emergency scenarios involving vehicles, and the NABC Community Impact programs designed to ensure the safety of thousands of drivers annually.
