Sony Honda Mobility of America Inc. (SHMA) announced a partnership with Crash Champions, one of the largest networks of automotive collision repair centers in the U.S., to deliver maintenance and repair services for its mobility brand, AFEELA.
The partnership, unveiled during CES 2025, positions Crash Champions as the exclusive provider of comprehensive repair and maintenance services for AFEELA vehicles, leveraging their extensive network of I-CAR Gold Class collision repair centers. This collaboration aims to provide AFEELA owners with a convenient, all-in-one service model through a dedicated mobile app.
“We are delighted to offer safe, high-quality, and convenient vehicle maintenance and repair services through our partnership with Crash Champions,” said Shugo Yamaguchi, president and CEO of Sony Honda Mobility of America Inc. “Sony Honda Mobility is committed to building a robust service structure and a new customer experience by establishing a value chain with various partners to ensure that our customers can use AFEELA with peace of mind.”
AFEELA customers will gain access to authorized Crash Champions locations for auto care services, including routine maintenance, vehicle repairs and collision repairs. The partnership’s mobile app integration will enhance convenience, enabling customers to book appointments, access tailored services, and complete payments seamlessly through their devices.
“This is a tremendous opportunity for both companies -- organizations that pride themselves on operational excellence, outstanding customer service and putting people first,” said Matt Ebert, founder and CEO of Crash Champions. “We could not be more pleased to begin working together.”
This innovative partnership coincides with the U.S. launch of the AFEELA brand in California.
After exhibiting a prototype at CES 2024, SHMA showcased the AFEELA 1 Signature, a four-door sedan, to visitors at this year’s CES.
AFEELA 1 will be produced at a Honda plant in Ohio. Sales to California customers will begin this year; deliveries are expected to begin in 2026.
AFEELA 1 will be available in two trims, with prices starting from $89,900 for the Origin and $102,900 for the Signature. The prices include a three-year complementary subscription for certain functionality and features.
Online reservations through the AFEELA website are now open with a fully refundable reservation fee of $200.
