Joe Hudson’s Collision Center announced the acquisition of four well-established collision repair facilities in Kentucky, Florida and Oklahoma.
The new locations -- Renfro’s Collision in Berea, KY; A&E Auto Body in Eagle Lake, FL; Bay Body Shop in Panama City, FL; and Manuel Collision Center in Ada, OK -- add to Joe Hudson’s growing network in regions with high demand for collision repair services.
“By selecting locations that are strategically positioned within our existing markets, we are ensuring that our business continues to grow in areas with established demand,” said Brant Wilson, CEO of Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. “Expanding in key markets like Kentucky, Florida and Oklahoma not only strengthens our position within those communities but also offers tremendous growth opportunities for our employees.”
The acquisitions include Joe Hudson’s eighth location in Kentucky with Renfro’s Collision, a strengthened presence in central Florida through A&E Auto Body, expanded service in Florida’s Panhandle with Bay Body Shop, and growth in Oklahoma through Manuel Collision Center, bringing the company’s total to eight locations in the state.
“We’re thrilled to bring these established locations into the Joe Hudson’s family,” added Cameron Dickson, COO. “Each of these locations has a long history of delivering exceptional service, and they align perfectly with our mission to offer high-quality, reliable collision repair to more customers.”
Managing the integration of these locations is a key priority for the company.
“Our success depends on ensuring that both our new and existing teams are aligned with our values and operational standards, and we’re confident that these shops will thrive within our organization,” said Wendy Patrick, chief administrative officer.
