CollisionRight announced the acquisition of seven shops under Mander Collision and Glass in the Milwaukee, WI, area. The deal, one of CollisionRight’s largest to date, brings its nationwide footprint to 115 shops as it pursues its strategy of rapid growth through consolidation of local industry leaders.

The acquisition includes Southeastern Wisconsin’s largest repair shop.

Mander Collision and Glass will continue to operate under its brand, allowing local customers to keep doing business with the shops they trust while benefitting from the support and operational efficiency of a major, unified organization.

“Our acquisition of Mander Collision and Glass -- Wisconsin’s leading independent multi-shop operator -- demonstrates the commitment we have at CollisionRight to grow our footprint strategically and get more drivers back on the road,” said Rich Harrison, CEO of CollisionRight. “More importantly still, it is a pleasure to bring another trusted, quality-focused collision repair business into the CollisionRight family. We welcome the Mander team with open arms.”

“There is no company we would rather have joined than CollisionRight,” said Nathan McPherson, president of Mander Collision and Glass. “They have a people-first approach that has made this transition period easy for our team, and which will continue to uphold the goodwill we have built with our community. We have gained the resources to improve our offering -- both to our customers and our employees -- and we are truly excited to be part of a winning team.”

In a statement to Autobody News, Harrison said CollisionRight has fairly aggressive growth goals in 2025. The key to achieving them is finding quality businesses to partner with.
“We are looking for well-established collision repair businesses with a strong culture of caring for their employees and customers and living that every day,” Harrison said.

“We continue to focus on increasing our market share in our existing MSAs and states and also expanding our footprint to other contiguous markets,” he added.

Harrison said Mander Collision and Glass was an attractive acquisition because of the market dynamics in the Southeastern Wisconsin region, including population density, consumer demographics, competitor presence and severe weather.

“However, ultimately, we are looking to partner with outstanding businesses that share our common core values,” he said. “This ensures better alignment after we close the deal and enables us to achieve our goals around creating the best place to work, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.”
