ProColor Collision has appointed Lou Berman as its new vice president of sales and operations, reinforcing the franchise’s commitment to expanding its network and optimizing shop performance.
Berman, who reports to Scott Bridges, senior vice president of Fix Network USA, will oversee ProColor Collision’s operations teams, focusing on sales and shop performance. With more than 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry, including leadership roles at Collision Care Auto Body Centers and Caliber Collision, Berman brings extensive industry knowledge and strong relationships within the insurance sector to his new role.

In addition to Berman’s appointment, ProColor Collision announced other leadership shifts within its organization.
Darren Dias joined the Sales & Performance Team, bringing a decade of estimating experience and a background with a successful ProColor Collision franchisee.
Vince Pellegrini transitioned from the Business Development Team to the Shop Operations Team, leveraging his experience as a former multi-shop owner.
The Business Development Team welcomed industry veterans Dennis Kennealy, Tom Spencer and Tony Cuevas, alongside Daryll O’Keefe, VP of business development for North America, who will provide strategic guidance.
