CCC Intelligent Solutions (NASDAQ: CCCS) announced the appointment of Neil de Crescenzo to its Board of Directors, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and growth. De Crescenzo, with a distinguished background in health care technology, joins CCC at a critical time as the company seeks to expand its impact within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry.

De Crescenzo brings more than two decades of experience in high-impact leadership roles across major organizations in the health care information technology sector. Most recently, he served as CEO of Optum Insight, a UnitedHealth Group division with $18.5 billion in revenue. Before that, he led Change Healthcare, where he significantly boosted the company's financial performance and oversaw its NASDAQ IPO in 2019. He has also held senior roles at Oracle and IBM, where he drove growth in health care consulting and technology.
