Fix Network has expanded its auto glass apprenticeship program to three new states: Arizona, New Mexico and Alaska, which join Washington, Oregon, Montana and Colorado. All seven states are home to the company’s Speedy Glass locations.
Fix Network’s glass apprenticeship program provides an effective and efficient path to certification in auto glass repair and replacement services, offering apprentices a minimum of 2,000 hours of paid, comprehensive, on-the-job training under the supervision of journeyperson-level auto glass technicians.
In addition to on-the-job training, the program includes paid supplementary classroom-based, online and distance learning components, and participation in training seminars and industry conferences. Apprentices also receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Throughout the program, apprentices receive instruction and training on windshield repair processes, auto glass replacement, ADAS calibration, diagnostics and troubleshooting, cost estimate preparation, and auto glass tools and technologies. To successfully complete the program and be recognized as a certified auto glass technician in the state where they apprenticed, they must pass a rigorous internal assessment process, and the Certified Technician standardized test specified by the Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC).
Following successful program completion, a position will be available in the shop where they trained and/or another nearby location.
The program began functioning provisionally in Washington and Oregon in October 2022. In early 2024, it announced its first graduate, Gabriel Duran.
