The 13th annual MSO Symposium is scheduled to take place 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 4 in Las Vegas, NV, ahead of the SEMA/AAPEX shows, which open the following day.
The symposium, known for gathering executives from the most influential multi-shop operators (MSOs) in the collision repair industry, is a key event for leaders looking to network, discuss industry challenges and strategize for future success.
"The MSO Symposium provides the distinctive opportunity for leaders to gather, network and be apprised of anticipated changes in an incredibly dynamic and evolving industry," said Gary Hogan, vice president of strategic accounts at Puget Collision, which operates 53 stores in the CARSTAR and Fix Auto franchises in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California and Colorado.

Attendance at the MSO Symposium is exclusive, with strict qualification standards in place. Only employees of insurance companies, OEMs, MSOs and single-location repair facilities with annual revenues exceeding $3 million are eligible to attend. Equipment suppliers and service providers can also participate through limited sponsorship opportunities, while media attendance is restricted.
