Tina Miller Wins Barbara Cox Woman of the Year Award

Haiden Wilburn was announced as the recipient of the $10,000 scholarship also awarded in Barbara Cox's name.

Cox Automotive named Tina Miller, senior vice president and CFO of Lithia and Driveway, as the recipient of the prestigious 19th Barbara Cox Woman of the Year Award.

The award, announced during the NADA Show in Las Vegas, recognized Miller's two decades of impactful contributions to one of the world's largest automotive retailers, with more than 300 locations across North America and the UK, headquartered in Medford, OR.

Barbara was a resolute, skilled and determined woman who cared deeply about her community, business and people. It is my privilege to honor Tina Miller as the 2024 Barbara Cox Woman of the Year."

Miller's tenure at Lithia and Driveway is marked by strategic leadership that spurred significant growth, aligning financing to support a leading acquisition strategy that propelled the company to a Fortune 500 ranking of No. 158 in 2022.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Miller is noted for her community involvement, serving on the board of the Arc of Jackson County and as a trustee for St. Mary's School in Medford. Her engagement extends to the International Women's Forum and various speaking engagements.

In conjunction with the award, Cox Automotive also announced the presentation of the 2023-2024 Barbara Cox Memorial Scholarship. Northwood University sophomore Haiden Wilburn, recognized for her leadership in automotive aftermarket management, will receive a $10,000 scholarship.
