According to the group, less than 5 percent of body shops across the country meet the stringent requirements for official AP certification recognition.
“This certification supports our reputation for superior customer service serving our community. We are your neighbors and friends, so it is important to provide our customers with the peace of mind that their vehicles are being repaired correctly by highly trained professionals that care about them,” said Dana Bridges, owner of North Fresno Collision Center.
Certification criteria are based upon auto manufacture requirements and Assured Performance credentials are recognized by Fiat-Chrysler Automotive, General Motors, Enterprise, Ford, Nissan, Infinit and Hyundai.
According to a statement from the nonprofit consumer advocacy organization, Assured Performance specializes in the automotive collision repair market segment and works with top automakers to identify, audit and promote collision repair providers that meet best-in-class business standards.
Located off Blackstone Avenues between Sierra and Bullard, North Fresno Collision Center currently has an “A+” rating with the Better Business Bureau and has been an accredited business with the group since 2010.
