Scott’s Collision in Paris, TX, is under new management. New owners David and Sara Norris plan to keep providing the same service that Scott and Kristi Hearne did.

Sara said, as the new owners of Scott’s Collision, they are happy to be back in Paris with their family.

“We recently purchased Scott’s Collision in December of 2017, right before the birth of our fourth son,” she said. “The opportunity to buy Scott’s Collision happened last fall by chance over a night of pizza and conversation with Scott and Kristi Hearne.”

Sara said they expect the business to continue growing. They also plan to update equipment and provide continued education and training for their employees.

“We are providing the same quality service that the community has come to expect from Scott’s Collision,” she said. “Scott and Kristi built a strong, solid business based on quality repair and compassionate service, and it’s our goal to continue that.”

She said their main goal was to get back to Paris to raise their four boys in a small-town community close to her parents, Dr. Keith and Janet Green.

“Since taking over the business, we have continued to provide quality repairs and excellent customer service while working with all insurance companies,” Sara said. “Along with us, you’ll still be taken care of by the same great staff that has been with Scott’s Collision for years.”

She said they began re-investing in the company with additional equipment and training to stay ahead of today’s high-tech vehicles. The staff has not changed since the purchase of the business. She said they have the same body techs and painters who worked for Scott and Kristi.

“We’re also excited to continue in the footsteps of Scott and Kristi with their involvement in the community [by] supporting organizations such as Dylan’s Drivers, The Boys & Girls Club and The Children’s Advocacy Center, just to name a few,” she said.

Sara said her husband, David, has been involved in the collision industry for 18 years, most recently at Park Place Mercedes Bodywerks. She said David managed the Fort Worth location.
