“The Williams family built a great business with a solid foundation, and we’re excited to partner with Dick and Jane’s son Drew to continue their family’s legacy of strong operations,” said Ken Ratliff, co-president of CAG.
This is CAG’s second transaction in Texas this year. In January, the business obtained a single Maaco shop formerly owned by Jim and Lindy Devitt.
“Working with the Devitt and Williams families through these acquisitions has been a pleasure,” said Simon Tisminesky, co-president of CAG. “We are grateful to them for helping us execute on our strategic growth strategy.”
CAG is actively seeking opportunities to partner with existing Maaco franchisees for future acquisitions.
