It’s the second expansion for ABRA in two different markets in two weeks and comes less than six months after the company increased its collision and glass presence in North Carolina.
ABRA’s repair center portfolio now stands at 265 in 20 states.
Duane Rouse, ABRA’s President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We’re excited about this transaction and proud to have the opportunity to show customers in the Research Triangle Park community and throughout North Carolina our innovative service model. The market is thriving and we look forward to building on the success we’ve achieved in the region.”
Tim Adelmann, ABRA’s Executive Vice President of Business Development says, “We’ve received tremendous support from the community and our insurance partners. This acquisition allows us to become a valued partner by showing customers firsthand our operational excellence philosophy and superior processes that make us an industry leader.”
ABRA plans to continue expanding in the months and years ahead as part of its national growth strategy. It is actively seeking new opportunities to acquire repair centers and integrate them into its industry-leading operating system.
