The full-day session included lunch and focused on increasing sales in the shop. According to Bob Pulverenti, IGONC executive director, “The event was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a sold-out crowd for a day of training targeted toward shop owners and service advisors. Even natural business people can use additional tips and tricks to make it easier to explain repair needs to customers and the costs associated with them.”
“We always get a lot of great feedback from our training classes with White. He is great at offering new ideas to keep shop owners growing their business, and they really appreciate his easy and personable teaching style,” Pulverenti said. “While we plan these events to support our members, we also welcome non-members.”
IGONC hosts training sessions in order to provide support and information to association members to help them grow their businesses.
“Only someone in the business knows what other shop owners are going through and can offer them the targeted information they need,” Pulverenti said.
