According to Julie Massaro, executive director of ASA-CO, “The event was very well-attended and went well. Attendees enjoyed the event and found it very valuable, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.”
During the training session, Marchand explained that time is the product sold in the automotive service industry, so it is important and has a very real cash value associated with it. The program focused on industry best practices for creating a production process in which technicians can excel at producing while delivering quality and maximum profits.
Marchand said, “Your technicians and the productivity with which they work relates directly to how much money your shop can make.”
“The purpose of the seminar was to provide members with the expertise of master trainer Greg Marchand in these discussion areas,” Massaro noted. “It is important for the association to give back to the community by offering these training classes.”
