The event took place at the Kenz & Leslie BG Training Center in Wheat Ridge, CO, and featured Maylan Newton of ESi and his team’s discussion on becoming a good leader and avoiding the wrong moves.
According to ASA-CO Executive Director Julie Massaro, “The event went really well with ESi discussing what makes a great leader and how to develop your staff. We had a great turnout that far exceeded my expectations, and attendees really got a lot out of the seminar.”
The association held the training session in order to provide the educational opportunities necessary to help members build their businesses.
Massaro said, “It’s important for the association to offer timely cutting-edge training classes in order to improve the attendees’ businesses and [expand] their staff’s skills.”
Next on the agenda, ASA-CO will host Telephone Skills – Dealing with Upset Customers on June 5, followed by Managing Time, Technicians and Productivity on June 12.
