Car Fire Spreads to Auto Body Shop in McKees Rocks, PA

A fire that broke out around 4:30 pm on May 1, 2014, sent emergency crews to Isenberg’s Auto Bodymore in McKees Rocks, PA.

A worker using a blowtorch in the back lot reportedly caught a car on fire. The flames then spread to the building.

Five cars were destroyed, but firefighters were able to prevent the fire from spreading to a dry cleaner next door.

No injuries were reported.

Firefighters brought the situation under control shortly after 5:00 pm.
