NY's Carubba Collision Presents Benefit Check to Food Bank and Sheriff K-9 Unit

Carubba Collision Corp. President, Joe Carubba, presented two checks totaling $17,050 to the Food Bank of Western New York and to the Niagara County Sheriffs K-9 Unit on  November 22, 2013 at the Food Bank offices, in Buffalo, NY.

The monies are from the proceeds of the inaugural Carubba Collision Golf Classic Tournament which was held this past August.

“Thanks to the tremendous support we received from our sponsors and participants of our very first golf tournament this year, we were thrilled to present these checks to two outstanding organizations in our community” stated Carubba Collision Corp. President Joe Carubba.

Accepting the check from the Food Bank of WNY was President and CEO, Marylou Borowiak along with Mike Billoni, Public Relations Director of the Food Bank and Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour was also on hand along with the dogs of the K-9 Unit to accept their check.

Carubba Collision has served the greater Buffalo area since 1955. Giving back to the community is something that Carubba Collision has a long and proud history of.  Several not- for- profits have benefited from the generosity of Carubba Collision over the years including Make A Wish, Young Life, Mercy Flight, ECMC Trauma Unit, YMCA, the Food Bank of WNY, the Niagara County Sheriffs K-9 Unit, the City Mission, the NYS Golden Gloves and the University at Buffalo, just to name a few
