H&V Collision in NY Recognized as Honda ProFirst Facility

H&V Collision Center in Troy, NY, is now recognized as a Honda ProFirst collision repair facility.

Three other H&V locations in the New York communities of Colonie, Saratoga Springs and Queensbury are “on their way” to becoming qualified as a ProFirst facility, according to Gary Ledoux, Assistant National Manager for American Honda Motor Co. Inc.

All are I-CAR Gold Class shops.

To qualify for the ProFirst program, shops must meet a few requirements. Shops must conduct a certain minimum number of transactions using OEConnection’s CollisionLink software, they must be designated as I-CAR Gold Class Professionals businesses and have at least one technician who has completed I-CAR’s Collision Repair for Honda and Acura Vehicles course.

“Qualifying as a Honda ProFirst location means H&V is able to offer owners of Honda vehicles a high level of service and care, meeting the specifications of the manufacturer,” said Vartan Jerian Jr. of H&V Collision Centers.

ProFirst shops receive free access to Honda and Acura parts catalogs and bulletins and access to service and repair information.
