Benjamin Falconer, Aims Community College-Windsor, Greeley, CO took gold in the High School Automotive Refinishing Technology and Luke Sabey, Warren Occupational Tech Center, Lakewood, CO took gold in the High School Collision Repair Technology.
"One of the biggest challenges facing the collision repair industry is the shortage of qualified entry-level technicians. The future success for the collision repair industry relies on the ability to find and cultivate young technical talent. RDA believes it is critical to support programs and organizations like SKILLS that develop an appreciation for the trade. We need to encourage and embrace this type of commitment to excellence," RDA stated in a press release.
