Owner of K&M Collision Addresses North Carolina Attorney General via Video

In this video, Meredith Bradshaw, owner of K&M Collisions, asks North Carolina Attorney General, Roy Cooper, to follow in the footsteps of Louisianna Attorney General Buddy Caldwell, who recently filed suit against State Farm. State Farm has allegedly been steering their policy holders to shops that agree to put "inferior, cheaper parts" on the cars they fix, and has also aided in the establishment of “an artificial market value for collision repairs.”

K. Michael Bradshaw, VP Operations at K&M Collisions, discusses his first-hand findings in their body shop, which include cars with faulty, untested parts, and completely missed steps in the repair process.

The suit was originally filed against State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and many of their respective subsidiaries on April 30, 2014 in an Illinois district court.
