This benefits not only us but our mutual customers.”
Paul Gange is new FIX President and COO
FIX USA has named Paul Gange president and chief operating officer. Gange will work closely with Erick Bickett, founder and CEO, and will lead the charge in executing an aggressive growth and marketing campaign unveiled by the company at its national conference held September 9–11 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Gange’s position at FIX USA begins Oct. 1. His previous position was vice president of U.S. sales and marketing for Audatex. Prior to Audatex, Gange was with Mitchell International from 1996 to 2003. While at Mitchell, he held executive positions in product management and sales. Gange also has been active in CIC and CIECA as a board member.
“When I began the search for a new leader for our organization, I knew I would have to find a high-impact professional to drive the next phase of our growth,” Bickett says. “I have known Paul for many years and have watched him as he served our industry. I am pleased to have him join our company, as I know he fits perfectly within our culture. He is highly respected, very well connected in the industry, and brings a wealth of experience.”
“Joining FIX USA is the perfect fit for me,” Gange says. “I am eager to begin working closely with Erick and the entire FIX organization.”
