The seller of the 29,477-square-foot property, at 185 Vallecitos De Oro, was Nelson Family Trust of San Marcos, represented by Lee & Associates’ Trent France, Isaac Little, Marko Dragovic and John Perrillo, and Don Grant of Cushman & Wakefield.
The buyer was represented by Jason Reed of CBRE Group Inc. and Jeff Drew of Retail Insite. Brokers said the property consists of 12 percent office space and 88 percent warehouse space.
According to CoStar Group and public data, the building was constructed on 1.79 acres in 1984.
