“Not all auto accident insurance policies include a loaner car while your car is being repaired,” notes Liberty Collision owner Donnie Thiessens. “We wanted to make sure a customer whose car is in the shop can still get to work as we repair their vehicle after a collision.”
Liberty Collision’s introduction of the loaner car is designated for customers who do not have the added loaner car policy on their auto insurance. The loaner car is provided for no additional cost at auto collision repair shop Liberty Collision.
Thiessens has also hired an estimator in order to expedite the auto collision repair process with auto insurance companies. The recent hire allows the Liberty Collision to more efficiently help customers by giving estimates to insurance companies and customers, ordering parts, and getting additional damages approved.
Liberty Collision’s new estimator trained at the Vale Institute in Fresno, CA where Thiessens also received his estimator training.
“While I am also trained as an estimator, bringing on another estimator to the team enables us to spend more time providing quality service to our customers.”
