Previously known as the “Toyota Collision Center of the Year,” it is based on a 12-month measurement of customer satisfaction, growth, individual manager, estimator and technician certification, along with benchmark achievements, according to Travis Rice, Gulf States Toyota collision operations manager. Nationally, there were almost 190 Toyota Certified Collision Centers competing for this award.
