A man remained in jail on April 24 after he allegedly used another person’s car for his own use, according to Floyd County Jail reports.
According to the report, Glenn Frances Ogrady, 55, of 1803 Martha Berry Blvd., the Economy Inn, Room 126, Rome, GA, received the car to make repairs on it at a local body shop.
He then put his own property in it and drove it to his residence without the victim’s permission.
Ogrady is charged with felony theft by conversion. He is being held on $3,500 bond, reported Northwest Georgia News.
