ABRA Auto Body & Glass Continues to Expand Glass Operations in North Carolina

ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a leading national damaged vehicle repair company, announced the acquisition of four Interstate Glass centers in Raleigh, North Carolina and the surrounding area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This March 13 auto glass acquisition is part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy to increase its national footprint, just seven months after ABRA introduced glass operations in the Charlotte metro area.

ABRA’s President and Chief Executive Officer said, “We are thrilled to be expanding our auto glass operations in Raleigh and approach each acquisition as an opportunity to demonstrate our operational excellence philosophy and superior processes to new partners. These processes not only make us an industry leader but pave the way for our continued success as we look forward to

new opportunities for growth.”

“Today’s expansion allows ABRA to continue to provide exceptional customer service in the state of North Carolina,” said Jim Richardson, ABRA’s vice president of auto glass. We’ve purchased a well-established and respected brand and are proud to be able to continue to service Interstate’s customers in Raleigh and the surrounding area. We appreciate the tremendous support we’ve received and look forward to showing customers our innovative service model.”
