ABRA Auto Body & Glass Expands in Indiana

ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced on May 4 another round of growth, this time in Indiana with the acquisition of Indy Collision Center’s Fishers location.

This transaction added one repair center to the company’s portfolio and expanded its presence in Indiana to 13 locations. ABRA’s national footprint now includes 284 repair centers in 22 states.

ABRA’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Duane Rouse says the company is pleased to continue its growth in Indiana. “Our business partners and customers in Indianapolis have provided us with tremendous support over the past few years. Indy Collision Center is a wonderful facility and we look forward to servicing new and existing insurance partners and vehicle owners in this latest ABRA location.”

Since entering the Indianapolis market just short of three years ago, ABRA has quickly become a trusted and preferred option for insurance partners and vehicle owners. The company uses an operational excellence philosophy which results in industry leading operating metrics and distinguishes it from competitors.

ABRA’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Scott Krohn works diligently to make sure the company doesn’t lose sight of this operational excellence philosophy as it grows quickly across the country. “Our systems and our processes allow us to maintain superior operating metrics. Each time we grow, it is our responsibility to maintain these same performance measures so that our insurance partners and customers receive industry leading service in every ABRA repair center whether in Indianapolis or in any other market around the country.”

As it plans to continue expanding in the months and years ahead, ABRA is actively seeking new opportunities to acquire repair centers and integrate them into its industry-leading operating system.
