VeriFacts Automotive has named Laura Delmege-Darr as Director of Sales and Marketing. As former CEO of Chelsea Group Inc., Laura assisted collision repair operators with business strengthening strategies and provided consulting advice to many of the key insurers and vendors in the collision industry. Since 1997, Laura has provided consulting on sales strategies, marketing, performance improvements, insurer relations, acquisition of market share, product development and state of the art 20-group design and facilitation.
Laura’s experience with the Chelsea Group, founded by her father Dale Delmege, positions VeriFacts to capitalize on the industry’s familiarity with Laura’s work as a consultant. Laura’s previous collaborations with VeriFacts Automotive CEO Farzam Afshar provides her with a keen understanding of our value proposition and shortens the learning curve for delivering the quality leadership and guidance to our clients that VeriFacts is recognized for providing.
"Laura is uniquely qualified for her position at VeriFacts and her vast experience in the automotive industry provides her with a great perspective from which to cultivate future clients," said Doug Irish, President of VeriFacts< Automotive. Her exposure to and facilitation of 20 Group meetings reinforces VeriFacts’s core values, namely “exposing the quality in collision repair."
“I have known Laura for a very long time through my association with the Chelsea Group. She has the drive, passion, and determination to be very successful in this position and I welcome her to our team. I believe that the instant chemistry I have seen between her and Doug Irish, our President, has had an immediate impact on how we conduct business and I can see the enthusiasm between these two,” stated Farzam Afshar, VeriFacts CEO.
