FIX’s Ron Guilliams Now VP Client Services

FIX AUTO USA has appointed Ron Guilliams as the National Vice President of Client Services.  Ron previously served as Southern California Business Development Vice President working exclusively for the Fix Auto members in the Los Angeles Metro area.  In his new role Ron will oversee all of FIX AUTO USA’s national and local insurance relationships as well as coordinating local marketing efforts through the Business Development Managers throughout the country.

    Ron has been in the retail automotive industry for his entire career. Ron joined Fix Auto in December of 2001 as Vice President of Quality Assurance and led the development of Fix Auto’s Quality Management System.  Ron moved into becoming the Southern California Business Development Vice President as well as became a partner in 6 FIX Auto Collision Centers in Southern California.  
    Ron is a participant in CIC and is past President of the California Autobody Association.  Ron also participates in national industry advisory councils and facilitates conferences on quality assurance for shops and insurers alike.  
    A frequent speaker on team-building and customer care at various industry events including NACE, CAA, and the Fix Auto National Conference.  He was instrumental in creating the program “Careers with Cars” for the Collision Industry Conference.
    Ron began his career in the collision industry in 1993 at Saturn Paint and Body Repair in Fountain Valley, CA. Ron was on the task force for Saturn Corporation developing best practices for their entry into the collision repair business. Ron can be reached at or 951-522-4999.
