“We will soon expand the coverage to include our members in all 50 states,” said John Scully, ASA executive vice president. “We’ve had many inquiries from members in recent years seeking quality health care programs. We now offer them. Members are being notified as A-HIT becomes available in their area.”
ASA’s A-HIT benefit features several group benefits, including medical and dental plans, a premium-only plan (POP), flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs). An individual short-term medical product is also available.
“We’re extremely pleased to offer this new benefit to our valued members,” said B.J. Johnson, ASA’s director of membership development and affiliate relations. “The programs included in the A-HIT benefit were carefully selected to specifically meet our members’ needs.”
