Bob Keith Joins Assured Performance

Assured Performance has announced the appointment of Bob Keith as senior director of compliance and education.

Keith will assume responsibility for managing the network of over 300 shop inspector auditors across North America. In this role, he will also oversee education and business improvement initiatives for the AP network of over 2,800 Certified Repair Providers.

According to Assured Performance, Keith is a well-known industry leader with nearly 40 years of experience. In the late 70’s, Keith became a body shop owner-operator when he and his partner formed Silver Hammer Body Co. Today, the partners own four CARSTAR franchises in Nebraska and Kansas.

Keith served on the I-CAR International Board of Directors from 2007 to 2016, filling several roles including chairman of the board in 2015. He currently serves as treasurer of the AMI Board of Trustees. Keith is also a 12-year member of the SkillsUSA National Technical Committee for Collision Repair.

Keith joined CARSTAR corporate in 1996 and assumed responsibility for training and education in 2009. His most recent role with the company involved managing training for CARSTAR’s EDGE Performance Platform.
